Zack founded Dibimbing in 2021 after watching a high-performing classmate struggle to find work, then land a job within two months once given practical digital marketing training. Dibimbing later raised funding from Init6, a VC firm founded by Bukalapak's founders, and went on to build Cakrawala University, with Rekom joining to round out the ecosystem.

As CEO, Zack sets the overall direction of Cakrawala Education Group across its portfolio of businesses. He's part of the Stanford Seed Transformation Network, and was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2025 list alongside his co-founders.

Wildan co-founded Dibimbing in 2021 shortly after graduating from the Faculty of Computer Science at Universitas Indonesia, having previously spent time at Traveloka and Bahasa.ai.

He leads operations across the Group. He's also part of the Stanford Seed Transformation Network, and was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2025 list alongside his co-founders.

Alim co-founded Dibimbing in 2021, where he previously led product as Chief Product Officer, and now also serves as Rector of Cakrawala University. He holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Indonesia and a Master of Science in Education from the University of Pennsylvania, and previously worked in human capital and organizational development at United Tractors.

As the Group's Chief Academic Officer, he oversees academic direction and program quality across the Group's institutions, and was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2025 list alongside his co-founders.
